We will practice a few types of meditation to calm the mind according to the methods suggested by Patañjali in chapter 1 of the Yoga-Sutra: these were called “cooling meditations” by TKV Desikachar.
There will be a general yoga class every morning, daily guided meditation, and a presentation about the meditation of the day. All in the serene surroundings of the Avon Valley National Park, overlooking the river.
