About the class
From āsana to yoga-sūtra
In this Monday evening Zoom class, we apply the multiple tools of yoga into an integrated practice: symbolic gestures, intention, visualisation, and of course posture and breath, all woven together to allow for each student’s unique personal experience.
The practice itself is 55 minutes long, then we take a short break and continue with 20 minutes of exchange and reflection on a chosen yoga-sutra from Patañjali’s teachings, or another piece of teaching from the yoga tradition, explained and commented.

Note: open to teachers, teachers in training, and all my previous students from Singapore and elsewhere 🙂 Sorry: no beginners.
