8-months Yoga Philosophy Course, Part 2
Once a month starting Sep 24, 2022
9 am (London) / 10 am (Paris) / 4 pm (Singapore, Perth) / 6 pm (Sydney)
Back by popular demand! We continue from our 10-week practical Yoga philosophy course earlier this year, and this time we explore a number of topics in more details. This course is designed for those with an interest in Yoga who have a desire to understand the principles as well as develop ways to use them in their daily lives.
It is also a wonderful opportunity to reflect about how this formidable ancient philosophy and way of life is still universally relevant today. As a bonus, we create connections with like-minded people and discuss how we can transform and realise our potentials as human and spiritual beings through the lens of Yoga.
