This 10 months’ 300 hours’ program completes the 200 hours Yoga Foundation Course and leads to the professional level 500 hours Advanced Yoga Diploma. It will deepen the student’s understanding of yoga as a practice, philosophy and way of life. It will reinforce the previously acquired knowledge and provide additional technical yoga tools and methods. (Full brochure with detailed curriculum can be downloaded at bottom of the page).
Personal enquiry continues through the study of traditional teaching models, supported by profound teachings applied in everyday life.
This course is open to trainees who have completed the 200 hours Yoga Foundation Course.
